In the app, tap on "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and you'll receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
My data isn't syncing across devices. What should I do?
Make sure you're logged in with the same account on all devices. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the app. If the issue persists, try logging out and logging back in. Contact support if the problem continues.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our Account Deletion page to submit a deletion request. We'll process your request within 24-48 hours and permanently remove all your data from our servers.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication and encrypted data storage. Your password is never stored in plain text, and all data transfers are secured with HTTPS. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
The app crashes when I open it. How can I fix this?
Try these steps:
1. Close the app completely and restart it
2. Check for app updates in your app store
3. Restart your device
4. Clear the app cache (if available in your device settings)

Export functionality may vary by app. For Z Shopping List, you can share individual lists or contact support to request a full data export of your account information.
